DJ Jimi Hey Dance party Midnight – 2 AM! HM157 welcomes Ann Hadlock & City of Butterflies for a deluxe & delightful show dedicated towards enlightening folks as to the potential extinction of our beautiful native butterflies. We can easily rectify this happenstance by planting their natural habitat: the California Milkweed. Attendees are welcome to take Milkweed home to install. City of Butterflies strives to actively educate the public about the importance of native host or food plants in urban areas through hands-on workshops, outreach events, and media production. The reintroduction of native plants in public and private gardensis crucial to the survival of California’s rapidly declining butterfly populations. Most importantly, City of Butterflies are in the process of making an educational documentary about California butterflies and how to save them. Here is a link to their indieggo to raise funds for the documentary.
Together we can change the game for our endangered Butterflies
